Harold U. Levy, an EEO/AA specialist, has been working with Trouble Shooters for over two (2) years now. Our clients are always happy with him. In addition to on-site contract recruiting assignments, Harold often works at our N.E. Philadelphia Office on Affirmative Action Plans and Wage and Salary projects. He also assists Susan in her favorite Diversity Training program - BaFa Bafa.
Larry T. Warner, Vice President, Versatility & Director, H.R. TempPros Division, has over 20 years of experience in the crime lab. Larry is a member of SHRM National and is the Chapter Administrator for the SHRM N.E. Philadelphia BuxMont Chapter. He is also a member of the EMA (Employment Managers Association) of SHRM. Larry's expertise has proven invaluable in developing our background/reference checking services. He has the special knowledge, skills and ability to understand the in's and out's of background checks and lends a level of insight into this area that few human resource professionals can. Susan Warner, J.D., SPHR, President/General Counsel, has
over 20 years of experience in human resources. She is a former Vice President of Human
Resources of St. Mary Hospital, Langhorne, and was Managing Director of
H.R./Administrative Services at United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Susan has worked in industries ranging from financial services to healthcare. She acquired
her law degree from Temple University School of Law, where she made Dean's list and
received an award for trial advocacy. She law-clerked for Dechert Price & Rhoads, had
a partnership with a former General Counsel of the PA Human Relations Commission, and
practiced law under nationally-known labor lawyer, Stephen Cabot. Susan is founding
President of the N.E. Philadelphia Bux-Mont Chapter of SHRM, SHRM PA Legislative Affairs
Director, sits on the SHRM National Training & Development Committee and is on the
Board of the SHRM Consultants' Forum.
Susan is also a nationally-known trainer and teaches an 11 week Villanova/SHRM certification
program in Professional Human Resource Mgmt.; a Compensation course for St. Joseph's
University; and taught Management Practices in the Masters Program in Group Process at Hahnemannn/Allegheny until through 1999, when Hahnemann was sold to Tenet. She teaches the SHRM 3-day certification preparation "cram course"and the 1-day "Human Resources for Small and Growing Organizations" workshop for SHRM. In 2000 she is kicking off SHRM Nationals' pilot program "HR for Line Managers" (a 2-day program) and is also affiliated with SHRM National in presenting Personnel and /Human Resource Management in Smaller and Growing Organizations. Susan is frequently quoted by the media, including The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Philadelphia Daily News, Beyond Computing magazine, the York Daily Record, and The
